Conversion of a former cinema-concert hall into a multi-functional hall with a micro roof-top greenhouse. This early twentieth century venue situated at the heart of the Marolles neighbourhood in central Brussels is since 1993 listed as a historic hall in the inventory of cinema halls of Brussels Capital.
