Tromsø Cultural Quarter
A new landmark on the 17 000 m² area adjacent to the fjords will strengthen the cultural identity of the city into a dynamic and vibrant hub, serving Norway's entire northmost region. The new Tromsø Cultural Quarter will house two cultural institutions, the Arctic Philharmonic and the Norwegian Art Museum on the old Mack Brewery Site. The highly versatile main concert hall can be transformed to enable opera and theatrical performances.
