Conservatoire de Musique de Genève

Het conservatorium van Genève, gebouwd in het midden van de 19e eeuw, is een van de oudste conservatoria van Europa. Het renovatie- en uitbreidingsproject zal dit hoogwaardige historische gebouw aanpassen aan de kwalitatieve en uiteenlopende noden van de éénentwintigste eeuw.

Renovatie/Transformatie Conservatoire de Musique de Genève   cmg.ch

Locatie Genève, Zwitserland.

Bouwkosten 28 miljoen CHF (circa 27 miljoen € omrekeningskoers vanaf het jaar van opening).

Periode Ontwerp: 2015-2016. Bouw: 2016-2019. Opening: 2021.

Opdrachtgever Privaat mecenaat.

Capaciteit Concertzaal met 300-400 zitplaatsen, polyvalente zaal (40 tot 50 zitplaatsen), balletrepetitiezaal, orgelzaal, 18 repetitiezalen. Na extentie: capaciteit polyvalente zaal van 80 tot 100. Theaterzaal van 40-50 zitplaatsen (oude balletrepetitiezaal), en 35 repetitiezalen. Totale oppervlakte van ca. 4 050 m².

Gebruik Muziekconservatorium met 2 500 studenten, 150 leraren en 24 vakken.

Werkzaamheden Zaal- en bouwakoestisch concept, begeleiding en werfopvolging tot en met opening.
